HTTP 409   duplicate_request

What it means

The timestamp was already used for a different request from this account. Each TxG-Timestamp is also the request's idempotency key.

What to do

Sign a new request with a new timestamp. To resend the same payment safely, resend the identical request: same timestamp and same body. See Idempotency and retries.
